ROCKRIDER products are tested throughout the design and development process before we take them on real terrain through real conditions.
Testing in the field
To make sure every ROCKRIDER product excels in its environment, after our designers and engineers are happy, we give them to a team of riders to put them to the test along real-life trails through wet, gravel, mud and grass. Our riders pay special attention to stability, traction and handling, and we make our final adjustments based on their feedback.
EN-71 approved
All of our ROCKRIDER kids’ bikes pass EN-71 toy safety standards. EN-71 is a safety standard applied to toys, products and materials designed or intended for children of less than 14 years to use in play.
How to set up your bike
Fresh out of the box! How to get your new bike ready for its first ride.
Storing your bike
Store your bike in a clean and dry place, ideally in a covered environment protected from the weather.
How to clean your bike
If your bike is covered in dust, use a dry cloth to clean it. For dirt that’s harder to get rid of, clean the frame, forks, handlebars and wheels with hot water, a sponge and some bike wash. When you’ve finished, wipe it down with a dry cloth to prevent rust. After cleaning, we recommend adding lubricant to the chain and other moving parts.
We strongly advise that you do not use a pressure washer to clean the bike. It may damage the function of its components, which can put the rider in danger.
How to change your inner tube
If you get a puncture, stop as soon as possible and in a safe place to prevent wheel damage.
We recommend wearing a helmet.Maximum weight in use 80kg
Store the bike in a clear, dry place. Clean and grease the chain regularly. Our tips for before each ride: inflate the tyres to the pressure indicated on the sidewall.
